The Revo Hemera XS is a compact, lightweight, powerful dual-drive extrusion system.

It is 92g lighter and 11mm shorter than classic Hemera, which means that even higher print speeds are possible, and therefore print artefacts are reduced.

Shorter and lighter. It is 92g lighter and 11mm shorter than the classic Hemera. But an adapted stepper motor allows the print head to move faster and therefore print artefacts such as ghosting are reduced.
Its compact size also means it takes up less space inside your 3D printer's build volume - useful for smaller 3D printers.

Compatible with many popular filament types. The Revo Hemera XS has an improved extrusion and retraction control. Therefore, the Revo Hemera XS is a good choice for challenging filaments, such as Abrasive filament, Flex and TPU. Can print with flexible filaments with a hardness down to 75A.

Revo nozzles - & V6. The Revo Hemera XS uses Revo nozzles. But with a Hemera HeatBreak (sold separately), the Hemera XS can also use V6 nozzles.

All the power you need. The Revo Hemera XS has all the extrusion power you need to power the entire E3D ecosystem, including High-Flow HotEnds like the SuperVolcano and High-Flow Revo nozzles.

In case of filament clogging, the extruder will stall rather than remove the filament. Which makes it easier to fix the problem and restore the print.

Easy nozzle change. Change the nozzle at room temperature with just your fingers. No complex tools, no hot clamping. Revo nozzles are a factory-sealed nozzle and heatbreak in one, so they are easy to install and do not leak material when in use.

Better security. Thanks to built-in PTC behavior, the current to the Revo HeaterCore is reduced when it gets hotter. This gives you greater protection against hazards caused by thermal runaways.

Mounting options. The Hemera XS custom mounting system means that a number of accessories can be fitted to this extrusion system, such as a leveling sensor or fans.

Plug & Play. Everything you need to get started is in the box, including Revo nozzles and a Revo HeaterCore. Just mount it on your 3D printer and you're good to go!
