To make a purchase on 3deksperten.dk - 3D Nordic Aps - you must go through the following steps:

Purchase of goods

To shop at 3D Eksperten, you must go through 7 steps:

  1. Find your item in the catalogue, select quantity and press 'Add to basket'
  2. Click on the basket and view / correct your order
  3. 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter your information
  4. 'Review Order' and accept terms and conditions
    Correct if necessary to if necessary
  5. 'Go to payment' and select payment method
    If card payment is selected, you will be forwarded to Quickpay
  6. Select payment card, enter card information and make payment

Security

All payment methods are made via a secure connection (https). The information entered is encrypted (SSL) and cannot be read by others. The card information is sent over an encrypted connection to the server. The 3D Expert meets all the requirements set by PBS for security, and we therefore never have access to your card information. The amount is only withdrawn from your account when the goods are sent from our warehouse. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

In connection with purchases at 3D Eksperten, we register your information: Name, address, email and telephone number. This is done to ensure delivery of the item. 3D Expert does not use your information for other purposes without your consent. The 3D Expert does not share your information with others.

3D Expert's Privacy Policy

Processing of personal data

3D Eksperten is a company based on a webshop and a physical store/showroom. We process orders via our webshop, e-conomic (invoicing program) and e-mail.

We are data controllers. We receive personal data, such as name, address, telephone number, when people place an order with us, have questions about 3d print or similar.

We use our data to ship goods and provide good customer service.

When you place an order with 3D Eksperten, there is a range of personal data that must be entered in order for us to complete the order. The information is, among other things; your name, address, e-mail, mobile number, payment information and public IP address.

We have carefully selected and permanent employees at 3D Eksperten, who process your order in our own warehouse. Few packages are sent from remote storage. We have order control in the form of employees being subject to confidentiality and data confidentiality. We are aware of receiving shredded paper on which personal data is written that is no longer to be used. Folders containing personal data regarding returned goods, special orders are in a locked cabinet. In addition, we have fixed procedures regarding printing out orders and packing them.

GLS are our primary carriers who handle the goods when they arrive from our warehouse.

Name and address are used in relation to getting the package sent out to the right place. Your mobile number will be used so that GLS can send you a track and trace number.

An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail and we only use e-mail or mobile number for any doubts regarding your order.

Data security

We will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when it has served its purpose. If at checkout you have signed up for our Newsletter to receive monthly offers and news from us - you can unsubscribe / be deleted from our mailing list which is stored securely at MailChimp. At the bottom of all newsletters there is an "Unsubscribe" button which removes and deletes you from this list - you will then not receive newsletters from us unless you create a new registration at 3deksperten.dk. It is also possible to reply back to the sent newsletter with information that you wish to be deleted.

We use third parties to process your information e-pay (payment information), e-conomic (invoicing and bookkeeping), Beierholm Revision (bookkeeping), remote storage and GLS (freight/delivery). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

Information, objection, change, data portability and deletion

At 3deksperten.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the page, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping costs:

Freight is calculated through the 3D expert based on weight and destination. This applies exclusively to packages to Denmark. Greenland and the Faroe Islands have special freight prices.

Please contact us about this for the most advantageous solution.

We mainly deliver with GLS for parcel shipments and Post Danmark (Maxibrev) for small shipments without tracking and insurance.

3D Eksperten has variable shipping prices. These prices are automatically measured in relation to your order size/weight and are adapted according to GLS/Post Danmark's delivery prices. The price can vary from NOK 29 to NOK 400. e.g. freight insurance for particularly vulnerable goods.

Collection can usually be done from our company between 08.00 and 14.00 on weekdays, but you MUST write in advance. Not all goods are in our own warehouse, but are sent directly from the suppliers.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The contents of this catalog are normally stock items. Exceptionally, individual item numbers may be temporarily out of stock, and will then be quickly restocked. Unfortunately, older items may be out of stock and cannot be repurchased. Most goods are imported in order to keep minimum prices.

Use of 3d printers in practice MUST take place under supervision to prevent damage - to and around the 3d printer / surrounding premises or objects. If the printer is used without supervision, this will always mean that it is the buyer's responsibility for damages as a result of misprints, breakdowns, fire/burn damage, etc. If a printing error occurs, the device must be stopped/switched off and the error must be rectified.

We recommend that you NEVER use a 3d printer without constant supervision, as this can have fatal consequences - it is beyond the 3D Expert's responsibility for how and for what purposes 3d printers and accessories are used. We refer to the manufacturers' user manuals and recommend that you act based on these.

Return shipments of delivered product from the Customer to the 3D Expert

If a 3d printer is handed in or sent to the 3D Expert for service/repair, it must be handed in in original or other suitable packaging. Responsibility for packaging for return shipping falls on the customer if original packaging is not available. If the customer wants us - regardless of the lack of proper packaging to return - the responsibility for shipping damage falls on the customer and not the sender - 3D Eksperten. Without exceptions.

If you want proper return shipping, we recommend pallet shipping with Post Danmark (EU PALLET). Payment for this falls on the customer.

PHOTO MATERIAL IN CATALOG

The pictures used in the catalog may differ to a greater or lesser extent from the real product. This is because we are constantly working to improve our deliveries, quality, etc. of both printers, accessories and consumables. We are working to keep the pictures up to date.

PAYMENT :

At 3D Eksperten you can pay with the most used payment cards such as Dankort, Visa-Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Elektron etc. through secure payment via. NETS. No fee is charged for payment at 3deksperten.dk.

Payment can be made by bank transfer

Public institutions can pay with EAN invoice - contact info@3deksperten.dk for sending an invoice etc.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from 3deksperten.dk. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

ATTENTION! With a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay your monthly benefit on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.

PRICES:
All prices are incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices. When you shop with 3deksperten.dk, agreements are made in: Danish, Danish. Shipping costs are added to this.

We reserve the right to change prices in line with external price/rate changes.
Extra discounts: given in several cases. Eg. in the case of framework agreements, larger deliveries, delivery agreements, etc

The prices apply, unless otherwise stated, for 1 piece. For items by the meter (cables etc.), unless otherwise stated, the price per meters.

We do everything we can to combine good service with cheap prices. We constantly review our prices and also correct the prices downwards.

PRICE MATCH

We price match several brands. When we work with price matching, we have a requirement that the store that we have to match has the following;

DELIVERY :
Orders placed before 10.00 is usually sent the same day as long as the goods are in stock. Our shipments are mostly out the day after ordering (in Denmark). Please note that goods are not dispatched on Saturdays, even though the shop is open, as GLS and Post Danmark do not collect shipments on Saturdays.

For customers outside the EU, VAT will not be charged as this is export. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying duty and VAT if charged in your country.

The price will change in the checkout when you choose your country. Within the EU you pay the VAT. Outside the EU it is deducted.

Special conditions regarding printers in cabinet:

In connection with ordering a printer in a cabinet, an insurance fee will be added that has been corrected in relation to Bring Parcels' insurance prices. This is done to secure the customer's product and to ensure that the product is shipped in the best way.

When picking up a printer at an address, please write to info@3deksperten.dk to avoid unnecessary fees according to for insurance, freight and delivery.

Freight damage regarding return freight to 3D Eksperten is at your own risk. All packages are sent back insured to recipients. In order for insurance to cover GLS, good packaging is required.

If you want separate freight or insurance on your product for return shipments, this will be at the buyer's (customer's) expense. All shipments must be picked up by agreement with 3D Eksperten (info@3deksperten.dk)

RETURN RIGHT:

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at 3deksperten.dk

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

a) have received your item
b) takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
c) gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given either by email info@3deksperten.dk or telephone 30202217. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back. You will find it with your order confirmation and at the bottom of these conditions.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

The condition of the item when you send it back must be in the original packaging and all contents sent with the item as its origin. If packaging or contents have errors or are missing due to use, this will be offset against crediting.

RETURN
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

You are liable for any deterioration in the product's value due to handling other than
what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.
In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which
means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending
of the commercial value of the goods.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you for the product(s), EXCLUDING delivery costs.

In the event of complaints, we handle all return freight with a return label or collection of the pallet to/from the sender.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else that is a possible solution for our system.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE ITEM (right of complaint)
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop at 3deksperten.dk, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

HOW FAST SHOULD I ADVERTISE?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

WE WILL REFUND REASONABLE SHIPPING COSTS

When you need to advertise/return an item purchased from 3D Eksperten, this must go through our customer service. Normal production is for our customer service to send a return shipping slip, which must be affixed to the return package. This can subsequently be handed in at GLS.

3D Expert does not cover shipping costs for returned goods/complaints sent with its own/external shipping company.

Gift card

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Defects

Faults in a product as a result of natural wear and tear, nuisance, defective operation, accidental accident or other conditions for which the Buyer bears the responsibility or risk do not constitute a defect nor are they covered by warranty. Wear parts are defined, among other things, such as bearings, rods and other moving parts. To this are also added the hot parts of electronics and 3d printing, especially hotends, nozzles, heated bed - workpiece plate, etc. as well as associated glass or other coating.

Production errors are covered in accordance with the provisions of the Sales Act and inquiries about this are made through customer service at info@3deksperten.dk with a valid order ID/fakuta.

If you have sent in an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your regret/complaint.

SERVICE & REPAIR:

It is possible to have your printer serviced at 3D Eksperten. This proceeds so that the customer sends the product in question to the 3D Expert, after which the product will undergo several tests, adjustments, etc. if necessary. This takes place on an hourly basis or a pre-agreed amount assessed based on the size of the service. Parts such as SD, Micro SD or USB drives with data should be removed before handing in for service or repair - no reservations are made for formatting, loss, read errors or the like in the past - i.e. extra data equipment is handed in at your own risk.

Service Agreements

If there are problems with a printer that is leased from 3D Eksperten, freight charges, a bill for spare parts and hourly wages (if this is not included in the package solution) are charged to the customer.

If damage occurs during shipping with a carrier - most often GLS - the responsibility for packaging in connection with shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If there is damage to the unit, this will be a matter between the customer and the shipping company and the 3D Expert is not involved. Damage during transport is not covered by the service agreement, if the packaging is not properly done in the original packaging.

Sales and delivery conditions for B2B Customers

1. Application and validity

1.1 Any delivery of products from 3D Eksperten takes place in accordance with the sales and delivery conditions below, unless these are deviated from by express written agreement.

1.2 The buyer's indication of special conditions in the order list/order etc. is not considered a deviation from the conditions below, unless the 3D Expert has accepted these in writing.

1.3 Instructions for use, manuals, MSDS/SGS reports and other informative guides may appear in languages ​​other than Danish - however, there will always be an English manual available from the 3D Expert or directly from the manufacturer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that these appear in Danish or another chosen language. We guarantee at least one of the following in English.

1.4 Use of 3d printers in practice MUST take place under supervision to prevent damage - to and around the 3d printer / surrounding premises or objects. If the printer is used without supervision, this will always mean that it is the buyer's responsibility for damages as a result of misprints, breakdowns, fire/burn damage, etc. If a printing error occurs, the device must be stopped/switched off and the error must be rectified.

1.5 We always recommend that you use correctly approved extraction in connection with the use of 3dprint within business. This provides security for the surrounding environment around the use of 3dprint indoors and protects users against UFP, incorrect use of the machine, temperature errors on machines or the like, which can give rise to increased UFP emissions, etc.

1.6 According to the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority, we currently have get guidelines in relation to advice and guidance in relation to the use of thermoplastics in 3dprint. We therefore recommend that you as a company take your own precautions. It is up to the individual employer to assess the need for process ventilation and external premises for 3d printers in the company.

1.7 Special orders / special orders for 3d printers that are not normal stock items will generally not be able to be returned after delivery. Complaints and the like will be rectified as necessary in cooperation with the manufacturer and 3D Nordic Aps. * Special orders can be 3d printers of very high value (100,000,-+) and the like that will not be considered a normal stock item at 3D Nordic Aps.

2. Purchase agreement

2.1 Agreement on order is made in writing via 3D Eksperten customer service at info@3deksperten.dk

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are excl. VAT.

3.2 The final price will appear on the 3D Expert's invoice, where the price has been added to the applicable VAT, taxes, any freight and other fees at any time.

3.3 3D The Expert reserves the right to regulate the agreed prices for undelivered goods in the event of exchange rate changes, price increases from sub-suppliers, raw material price increases, changes in wages, government intervention or similar conditions.

4. Delivery

4.1 Orders received before 10.00 will be dispatched the same day, if the Buyer wishes this. We reserve the right for out-of-stock items. The buyer is informed if delivery cannot take place normally.

4.2 Delivery is normally made with GLS, but 3D Eksperten reserves the right to freely change freight suppliers.

4.3 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be DDP to a Danish address.

4.4 Delay in connection with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to cancel the transaction.

4.5 In case of delivery on pallets, the customer must hand over the corresponding number of exchange pallets to the carrier. Alternatively, the pallet will be invoiced to the Buyer afterwards.

Return shipments of delivered product from the Customer to the 3D Expert

If a 3d printer is handed in or sent to the 3D Expert for service/repair, it must be handed in in original or other suitable packaging. Responsibility for packaging for return shipping falls on the customer if original packaging is not available. If the customer wants us - regardless of the lack of proper packaging to return - the responsibility for shipping damage falls on the customer and not the sender - 3D Eksperten. Without exceptions.

If you want proper return shipping, we recommend pallet shipping with Post Danmark (EU PALLET). Payment for this falls on the customer.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment is made via supplier service, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Paying If the purchase price is not paid in time, the 3D Expert can calculate default interest at 1.5% per month from the due date.

5.3 The buyer is not entitled to withhold any part of the purchase price as security for the fulfillment of any counterclaims regarding other deliveries, and such withholding will be considered a material breach of the agreement.

6. Retention of title

6.1 3D Expert has the ownership right to any delivery until payment has been made.

7. Transport damage

7.1 When receiving goods that have suffered damage during transport, this damage must be documented with a photo. The photo is sent to info@3deksperten.dk with an indication of which goods have suffered damage.
Customer service then processes the case and arranges replacement delivery.

8. Return of goods

8.1 3D The expert only receives goods back after prior written agreement. The goods must be sent in
original, unbroken packaging at the Buyer's expense and risk.

9. Consequential Damages/Indirect Losses

9.1 The 3D Expert is not liable to the Buyer for any kind of consequential damage or indirect loss, which
may arise from or in relation to an agreement which is governed by these sales and delivery conditions.

9.2 The 3D Expert is not responsible to the Buyer for any kind of consequential damages or indirect losses that relate to 3d printers (materials, electronics, etc.)

10. Complaints

10.1 Claims regarding defects, delay, product liability or other claims for compensation must be made in writing to the 3D Expert without undue delay.

10.2 Faults in a product as a result of natural wear and tear, nuisance, faulty operation, accidental accident or other conditions for which the Buyer bears the responsibility or risk do not constitute a defect. 10.3 The 3D Expert's liability for defects is limited to redelivering the defective product, if the 3D Expert considers that circumstances from 10.2 apply and that the defect is made known to the 3D Expert shortly after delivery of the product. A short time is defined as a few days.

10.4 B2B is not covered by the normal Danish sales law, but rather by an individual agreement with the 3D Expert.

10.5 Return/right to return products traded B2B is 14 days.

11. Force majeure

11.1 3D Expert is entitled to cancel orders or postpone agreed delivery of goods, and is otherwise
free from liability for any non-, defective or delayed delivery caused in whole or in part by circumstances beyond the 3D Expert's reasonable control as a result of agreements as a result of war, civil war, insurrection, public restrictions, import or export bans, natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquake, storm surge, extensive flood, cloud pump, volcanic eruption as well as widespread labor dispute, fire or the like, which should not or could not have been foreseen by the parties at the time of entering into this agreement.

12. Partial Invalidity

12.1 If one or more of the provisions in these sales and delivery conditions are found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of none of the other provisions shall be affected or impaired thereby.

13. Disputes

13.1 Any disagreement or dispute between the parties regarding the understanding or scope of these terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall be settled according to Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably must be brought before the court at 3D Eksperten's place of jurisdiction.
