Vacuum Casting

We can offer to make small production series of items using vacuum casting. We have carefully selected some PU ( polyurethane) materials that imitate the following.

• Rubber-like PU
• ABS-like PU
• PE/PP-like PU

We can make silicone molds of up to 1200*800*400mm. Price will reflect number of series.

The price is calculated for each individual task and the typical workflow is:

1) .STL file is sent to info@3deksperten.dk

2) Information about resolution requirements and use is added to e-mail.

3) We send an offer back

4) Production is started and a time estimate is given before starting.
