Despite its modest size of only 54 x 50 x 64.3mm and a weight of only 266g, the Sprite Extruder is a powerful combination of extruder and hotend that offers many practical functions.

Direct Drive & Bowden extrusion for higher filament compatibility

The extruder can be used with both direct drive and bowden filament feeding to meet both users' printing needs. In addition to "normal" filaments such as PLA or PET-G, special materials such as e.g. flexible filaments also print without problems.

High torque and extrusion force

The use of gears with a gear ratio of 3.5:1, perfectly matched to the motor, provides an extrusion force of up to 80 N (depending on the filament) and a more precise control of filament retraction.

Filament feed with double gear

The double tooth structure of the double gear extruder does not damage the filaments, but makes the feeding more reliable and stable.

Adjustable tension device

With the tension unit, you can adjust the pressure that the drive wheels exert on the filament according to your wishes and requirements and thus print more precise models.

Excellent heat dissipation

Effective heat dissipation ensures problem-free printing. Optimized dual fans cool the component and thus increase its stability.

Multi-mode coupling

You can quickly and easily switch between air and water cooling using two different modules. High quality stainless steel and titanium alloy heatbreaks can be upgraded as required.
