Raise3D Industrial PET GF is a glass fiber reinforced composite filament based on PET (polyethylene terephthalate). Well-dispersed glass fibers improve the stiffness, strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance of the PET matrix. After annealing, PET GF stabilizes its heat resistance at around 120℃ with tensile modulus and strength above 4.1 GPa and 70 MPa respectively. Compared to glass fiber reinforced nylon filament, PET GF's high compressive strength, dimensional stability, high creep resistance and low moisture absorption make it the ideal choice for reliable printing of glass fiber composites for strong and cost-effective end applications such as fixtures and functional parts. In addition, PET GF offers a wide range of colors.

Print instructions:
Dry PET GF at 70-80 °C for 8-12 hours before printing, as low moisture content is essential for the quality of the printed part.
After drying, we recommend storing PET GF filaments in the Raise3D Filament Dry Box during the printing process.
When printing PET GF, wear often occurs on the brass nozzle. The use of a durable nozzle, such as hardened steel or a ruby nozzle, is strongly recommended.
After printing, it is recommended to cure the printed model in an oven at 80-100°C for 8-12 hours.
For a small model (side length < 50mm), annealing at 80℃ for 8 hours is recommended; for a medium model (50mm < side length < 150mm), annealing at 80℃ for 12 hours is recommended; for a large model, annealing at 100°C for at least 12 hours is recommended.
After annealing, dimensional shrinkage of no more than 0.1% is observed in the Z axis, depending on filling and layer height, and no significant dimensional shrinkage is observed in the XY axis.
If PET GF is also used as carrier material, please remove the carrier structure after annealing.
