Super wear resistance
Using the world's leading ultra-high hardness tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)), super wear resistance ensures long-term printing without nozzle wear.

High temperature performance
Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with high hardness and excellent conductivity, the maximum print temperature can be 550℃.

Low thrust
Tungsten Carbide nozzle with high purity of more than 99.98% and high thermal performance keeps a uniform temperature of the nozzle tip during printing, which guarantees a stable extrusion.

Faster extrusion speed
Due to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the print speed can be optimized without compromising on quality.

Low friction thanks to nanocoating
The entire nozzle is applied with WS2 nano-coating after adding a hard and smooth layer of nickel. The surface friction coefficient is only 0.03, which means that the nozzle prints with a clean pressure, without filament sticking to it.
