FormFutura EasyFix Adhesive - No. 1 - 120ml

EasyFix - No.I is a general purpose 3D printing adhesive specially designed to work with: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, HIPS and several FLEX filaments. However, can also work with other materials.

EasyFix adhesives are designed to bond well to a heated build plate so that an object adheres firmly to the build plate. On the other hand, it also has excellent release properties when the build plate is cold. This makes it very easy to remove a printed item from the build plate, while reducing the risk of damaging the build plate and the printed item during the process.

How to use EasyFix
Shake the bottle of EasyFix thoroughly before use. Make sure your 3D printer build plate is clean and at room temperature before applying EasyFix to your 3D printer build plate. Press the applicator sponge down on the build plate for EasyFix to saturate the applicator sponge. Allow the EasyFix adhesive to gradually saturate the applicator sponge. Never squeeze the bottle!

Once the applicator sponge is saturated, you can begin to apply the EasyFix adhesive evenly to the printable surface of your 3D printer build plate. Make sure your 3D printer's z-height is correct before starting your 3D print. The EasyFix adhesive sticks when your build plate is heated.

Wait for the build plate on your 3D printer to cool to room temperature before removing your 3D printed part. EasyFix 3D printing adhesive has excellent release properties, causing your 3D printed item to detach from the 3D printer build plate as it cools down. If it is still difficult to remove the 3D printed item, you can apply a small amount of warm water to the printed item and the printer surface. Allow the water to creep under the 3D printed part before slowly removing it.

A build plate prepared with EasyFix adhesive can be used for multiple 3D prints.
