Wazer - Nozzle Kit

Spare part for replacing the WAZER nozzle in the Wazer Water Jet Cutter - set with all the necessary components.

Due to the high pressures and velocities introduced into the WAZER nozzle, some of the parts will need to be replaced over the lifetime of the WAZER. The nozzle is supplied with all wear components which should be replaced at the same time.

The set contains:

WAZER Mixing chamber where your abrasive and high-speed water are mixed before it is concentrated in the mixing tube. The mixing chamber is made of hardened stainless steel that resists corrosion and wear.

WAZER orifice that converts the high-pressure water into a high-velocity water stream that is injected into the mixing chamber. The opening is made of a stainless steel case with a ruby ​​insert.

WAZER Mixing pipe where the high-speed water and abrasive are focused in a concentrated stream and ejected against the material. The mixing tube is made of durable tungsten carbide.

WAZER nozzle cover that prevents excessive wear on tank components by containing indirect splashes of water and abrasive. The nozzle cover is made of silicone with a high durometer.

WAZER Abrasive hose carries abrasive to the mixing chamber. It consists of a flexible hose with two stainless steel ends with o-rings.

WAZER Nozzle height tool that calibrates the nozzle height precisely away from the surface of the cutting material. This component is made of ABS and sits perfectly on top of the nozzle so it is always ready.
