Spectrum r-PLA is an environmentally friendly 3D printing material that fits into a sustainability initiative. The filament is created by recycling extrusion residues. The raw material is collected, shredded, remixed and homogenized into a high-quality and easy-to-print recycled PLA filament with much less environmental impact.
Spectrum r-PLA retains the characteristics of classic PLA, which are simplicity and printing efficiency, to combine them with very low shrinkage and relatively high tensile strength. To make 3D printing more sustainable, Spectrum r-PLA is wound on an environmentally friendly cardboard spool.

Packaging
Filament is wound on an environmentally friendly cardboard spool. The coil contains information about type of material, diameter, color and recommended print temperature. Each coil is vacuum packed with moisture absorber. All in an original Spectrum Filaments box.
Verify your coil
During production, each 1 mm Spectrum Filament is measured continuously in 2 axes with ±0.8 µm accuracy, which makes it possible to obtain a high quality final product. To prove this, Spectrum Filaments, as one of the few manufacturers in the world, has introduced the possibility of online presentation, individually for each coil produced:
* The diameter progression along the entire length of the coil
* Medium diameter
* Ovality
* Standard deviation
Precise testing guarantees that Spectrum Filament's products meet strict market requirements.
