The PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle is the newest addition to the PrimaCreator nozzles. A regular brass nozzle is often recommended as they have superior conductivity when it comes to heat. However, a brass nozzle has its disadvantages! If you want to print with an abrasive material such as carbon or glow in dark, an ordinary brass nozzle will wear down in a very short time. Therefore, you can choose to use a hardened steel nozzle, it will not wear out as quickly as a brass nozzle. However, steel as a material is not optimized to be used as an "everyday nozzle" due to its thermal conductivity not being as good as in a brass nozzle. The most logical solution would be to have the best of both worlds.

PrimaCreator Ruby Nozzle

In the best nozzle we have ever produced, we have the same high quality brass as in our regular nozzles, but in addition to this we have also added a small ruby ​​gem at the tip of the nozzle. This turns a regular brass die into a die you can use with your standard filament like PLA, ABS, PETG and so on to the more abrasive ones like filled filament with metal, glow in dark, wood and other similar types of filament.

Finally, you can use one nozzle for all your materials

All ruby ​​nozzles from PrimaCreator are made of the best high-quality brass with real ruby ​​tips. They are finished in a state-of-the-art factory. All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This means that your filament will have a very smooth and clear surface, while extrusion of course results in better prints.

For best results and optimal printing, we recommend that you re-level your build platform after switching to a new nozzle. Note that a Prima Creator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate must be adjusted.

The process of producing the Prima Creator nozzles begins with a selected, high-quality material. When the material reaches the factory, an optical inspection is first made of the material to be used for each batch of nozzles. The material is then shaped. This process is only done once with PrimaCreator nozzles, in many other (cheaper) cases this process has to be repeated several times, often as many as 3-4 times, and still you will not get the same results.
