Super wear resistance

Using the world's leading tungsten carbide with ultra-high hardness (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)), super wear resistance ensures long-term printing without wear of the nozzle hole and tip flat.

High temperature performance

Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with super hardness and excellent conductivity, maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.

Low thrust

Tungsten carbide nozzle with high purity of more than 99.98% and high thermal performance keeps a uniform temperature of the nozzle tip during printing, thus guaranteeing a stable extrusion.

Faster extrusion speed

Due to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the print speed can be further increased without compromising quality. Unique passage in the nozzle improves the flow rate at the inner hole faster.

Low friction thanks to nano-coating

The entire nozzle is provided with WS2 nano-coating after adding a hard and smooth nickel coating layer. The coefficient of friction of the surface is as low as 0.03, making the nozzle a clean print without plastic sticking to it.
