3DE NylonForce is carbon reinforced PA6 Nylon. This filament is ideal for those who want items with mechanical strength, chemical resistance, good heat resistance, nice surface finish and a material that is easy to print with.

With NylonForce, you largely avoid the well-known warping that you often see with normal nylon prints - with our carbon nylon, you get a very stable product that is easy to use.

NB: We recommend drying your material and storing it airtight. A recommendation for this could be an Ebox, where you have the option of heating the material before use. Ebox can be found here

3DE Nylon CarbonForce is a material you want to use for items where strength and toughness are keywords. CF-Nylon is based on a PA6 copolymer combined with carbon fiber. 3DE CF-Nylon has a high (HDT) which is around 130C, which makes it possible to print items to be used in a hot environment.

CarbonForce Nylon can be printed on all machines - no particularly high heat is required and we recommend from 235-245C hotend (depends on several things) and 80C on blank plate/heatbed.

Carbon is known to wear nozzles on your 3d printer - this is of course also the case with this type of nylon and we therefore recommend that you use a steel nozzle, titanium nozzle or other reinforced nozzle such as Olsson Ruby or 3D Solex nozzle, which suits your machine.
