The two plastic materials CFC PA and Smooth PA have been specially formulated and optimized by the Polymaker team of polymer experts for users of 3d printers.
The Anisoprint process is based on the proprietary CFC (Composite Fiber Co-Extrusion) technology. It involves combining special "endless" fibers (carbon fiber, basalt, ...) with plastic during printing to create a composite.
CFC PA is optimized to provide improved mechanics of the composite material and perfect adhesion with the reinforcing fiber. The smooth PA thermoplastic is used for the contours of the part. It is based on carbon fiber-filled polyamide and has been specially developed to guarantee a perfect surface quality without requiring a lot of finishing.
