AESUB is a self-evaporating ScanSpray specially developed to increase the quality, accuracy and simplicity of 3D scanning of difficult to scan details with reflective surfaces, high transparency or deep cavities.

The sprayer's active substances, propellants and solvents are optimized for compatibility with as many materials as possible. When spraying the workpiece with AESUB Orange, a thin coating is applied with a homogeneous and completely matte white surface, resulting in optimal conditions for optical 3D scanning.

The coating evaporates within a day without leaving any residue, which means that the item does not need to be cleaned after scanning, which can otherwise take a long time. AESUB Orange stays on the object almost twice as long as its predecessor AESUB Blue, allowing for more uninterrupted 3D scanning without having to spray onto the object.

Unlike many other solutions, AESUB Orange contains no pigments and can therefore completely avoid contamination of sensitive parts, environments or users. The spray can be easily applied on the spot without having to move the subject, thus increasing the efficiency of the scanning work.
