PrimaSELECT ™ PLA is a so-called modified PLA and is approximately 12 times stronger than ordinary PLA, this is due to the effect modifier that has been mixed together with the best raw materials that have been carefully selected. PrimaSELECT ™ PLA feels slightly softer to the touch than regular PLA, it is also more flexible, making it perfect for all printers, including printers with a bowden setup.

The results are not far from fantastic and the material is extremely strong with very good adhesion between the layers. This also opens up a new world of use for PLA. Until now, PLA has been brittle and not very strong, but with this new product you can use it for applications that before you needed ABS for. Due to the very low shrinkage and the fact that you do not need a heated build plate, PrimaSELECT ™ PLA is very easy to use in all FDM / FFF printers.

Warping is not a factor to worry about if you use PrimaSELECT ™ PLA, nor will it warp when your prints are finished, which is common among cheaper materials. Characteristics also make the filament less likely to absorb moisture, which is a big leap forward and gives you a big advantage when it comes to storage. If your printer is equipped with a heated build plate, we recommend that you use a temperature setting of 40-60 ° C. If you have a dual hotend setup and want to print with support, we recommend that you use PrimaSELECT ™ PVA, which bonds well to our PLA and are easy to remove, PrimaSELECT ™ PVA is even soluble in water.
