This new and smart SpiderSpringSteel System consists of three parts.

One part consists of a magnetic plate, which must be attached to your workpiece plate. The second part consists of a removable flexible steel sheet, on which the third part is mounted, namely a piece of high-quality PEI. With this system, no additional adhesives are needed to make your item stick during printing.

Mount your new SpiderSpringSteel System and start printing. When your workpiece is finished, allow the workpiece plate to cool, then remove the plate and give it a gentle bend. You can then just "pop" the model off the blank. It's that easy!

We recommend that you keep your SpiderSpringSteel assault clean by wiping it down with 70-91% isopropyl alcohol to ensure that you wipe away any grease or other residue that may have accumulated on the surface. This will help greatly increase your surface adhesion.

The SpiderSpringSteel plate itself with mounted PEI can withstand more than 200°C. The magnetic plate can withstand up to 85°C when printing for a long time, where it can withstand up to 120°C for a short time.
