Formbox allows you to quickly make molds in different materials from existing objects. It is powered by a vacuum cleaner and can help you realize your ideas using different materials. Mayku is a small desktop production line that you can use to replicate objects you have made by hand or made with your 3D printer.

Mayku is a small desktop production line that you can use to replicate objects you have made by hand or made with your 3D printer.

LARGE VARIETY OF MATERIALS

Choose material sheets that suit your final application. Form sheet for product packaging, prototypes and enhanced decorative craft projects, or transparent food-proof molding plate for printing with, for example, chocolate. Among other things, Jesmonite, concrete, soap, plastic, etc. can be used for casting.

EFFECTIVE PROTOTYPE MANUFACTURING
Prototype products quickly with a high-quality cast finish. Perfect for prototype production and small production. For consistent casting every time with precise time and temperature settings.

FormBox gives you advanced manufacturing technology in a space no bigger than a laptop. FormBox is designed to make a complex process as simple as possible, so you can focus on your ideas. All you need is power connection and a vacuum cleaner to use the vacuum to get started with your own desktop factory.

That's how it works:
1. Insert a sheet of material into the press frame and raise it to the heater to start heating your material.
2. Place your design element on the press bed.
3. Heat the sheet of material until you see it start to become soft and malleable

4. Carefully drag the print frame over your design - the vacuum will then automatically turn on to create your very first shape.
