Glue that ensures perfect adhesion when you print in PP.
Do you have problems with warping when 3D printing? MAGIGOO is an easy-to-use 3D printing adhesive designed to solve the problem of the first non-adhesive layer (warping). This is the most common problem in 3D printing for manufacturing with FFF/FDM technology.

WHAT: Magigoo PP-GF is designed to work exclusively with glass-reinforced polypropylene (GFPP) filaments. This adhesive ensures that prints stick when the build plate is hot and that the item is easy to remove when cooled.
WHY: Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer that exhibits properties of good strength, impact resistance and ductility, making it useful as an engineering material. However, PP is a soft material and, like most plastics, it can be strengthened by the introduction of fibers to produce a polymer composite material. These materials are usually stiffer and stronger than the parent polymer and can result in a material with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. Compared to most virgin PP filaments, GF30PP curls to a higher degree. This type of material requires a completely new adhesive formulation in order to reproduce its distinctive characteristics.
HOW: Magigoo PP-GF is designed and tested to work with 30% glass fiber filled polypropylene
Shake the bottle vigorously.
Apply to the desired area by pressing the tip on the build plate (activation of the internal valve) and spread as needed.
Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations.
Let cool and remove.
Clean - Use a damp cloth to wipe.
Tips:
For challenging prints, a 20 mm is recommended. border with 2 layers.
Clean the build plate and level it just before printing.
Clean if necessary with PrintaClean from 3D Eksperten. See here .
Closed printer is recommended.
Print speed 20-55mm.
